We might not have gotten to see much of the brothers interacting, with what tragically happens soon after this scene...but it has to be said, Scott Washington really was a great big brother to Derek.
Their interactions are also written really well.
Even without my caption, you would absolutely be able to tell that these two are brothers, bantering and trying to look out for each other immediately.
