hook - what makes us the best choice, grab them with an emotional response
pitch = project proposal
become familiar with the client, do your pre-pitch research and communicate effectively.
people are kinder with paper than computer
show empathy for client, give your honest opinion when asked (or at least seem honest)
the occasional swearword does the trick - but dont go into bogan
listen to the bloody client
prepare to answer qs about concepts/cost/timing
the client needs to know what to expect and when
