Descon Engineering is pleased to announce the award of Long-Term Turnarounds Maintenance Services for Habshan & Bab and Habshan5 & Sulphur plants for ADNOC Gas Processing. The Project comprises maintenance, inspection, repairs/modifications, and testing of static equipment, flare /sulphur stacks, miscellaneous isolation valves, safety relief valves, rundown lines, and piping, etc. for a long term agreement of two (2) years with provision of further one (1) year extension. Descon is indeed proud to be associated with ADNOC Gas Processing to deliver another landmark project in the UAE, demonstrating its commitment and over 40 years' experience in providing services to its valuable clients.
Industrial Services UAE has been awarded a turnaround contract from GASCO (ADNOC Gas Processing) for maintenance services of its Habshan-5 plant. This is the second project awarded to Descon from GASCO this fiscal year. Descon has maintained a strong market share in its overseas geographies for Turnarounds/Shutdowns and this project adds to that portfolio in UAE. The project is planned to commence in October.

Descon’s Industrial Services Division (UAE) has recently been awarded a project by Borouge for the reliability improvement of the closed circuit cooling water network in the Borouge-1 complex. The project further solidifies the Division’s hold in the UAE region with an early award to start the year. It also holds significance as it falls in line with the company’s strategy to increase its focus on EPC Retrofit jobs and become a regional leader in that segment.
