From our last day in Nevada. We made some questionable decisions along the way, because that’s what you do when you’re sure enough of yourself and ignorant enough. Ultimately that perfect mixture brought us to the source of the gully we were traveling up. We didn’t really know that most likely all the other paths we could have taken would have led us here, but no other path would have forced us to be quite as creative - or as challenged. I turn 29 at the end of the week, and regardless of what past regret may cross my mind until then, it really doesn’t matter. I still would have ended up here, with the only difference probably being softer or harder around the edges (for the record, I’m quite satisfied with my current edges). So heres to maaaaybe being a bit more graceful with all that fumbling to come.
