Ah yes, I was wondering what would break first.
Your spirit... or Your body.
I'm looking forward to the gym today as it's a full body push.
Sled pushes.
Tire flipping.
Shoulder press
And assistance work for fun that consists of calves, bis, tris and lat pulls.
My consistency has been on point as has my nutrition.
Here's a tip for folx like me who hate cardio; in between sets instead of resting, walk for 2 - 3 minutes. This is really helpful too if you're just starting out lifting.
You can also Superset and take 1 - 1.5 minute rest period.
Working regularly is a must. Missing a week+ from a concussion reminds me that DOMS are so much worse at my age.
Also, while I'm glad i now warm up, I still need to start stretching post workout.
Motivated myself
I can't catch s break. I miss the gym for a week and a half due to ANOTHER concussion. I'm back at it today, gonna give it Hel.
I need (even online) like a workout sponsor, someone to motivate me.
Third harvest time full of colonialist AJ's capitalist holidays, you're still a good person if you've got one of "THOSE" families and you have to eat and remember, tell them facts about tuner genocide that CONTINUES. Deshi Basara.
Now physically. If you indulge in pie and other strange sounding (to those uninitiated in your family delectables) it's ok. Mote importantly, if you over eat, it's ok you've simply stored extra fuel to fight colonialism, bigotry etc.
If you've had to give up gym time to cook, get my fitness pal and look at calories burned cooking, remember you're probably burning more because of stress, anger and righteous anger. Deshi Basara.
