HE SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT getting caught — and he is, sort of. that's why this time he's opted for tonia's open kitchen window and not the front door. hugo's even counted the minutes since her husband left ( 5, exactly ) and now he's crawling across tonia's clean countertops with a bouquet of roses in his hand, knocking over the fruit bowl in his attempt to be stealthy. even if any of their neighbors happened to have seen him it'd look more like he's breaking in than anything else. hugo gets off the counter and barely has time to straighten himself out before tonia's appeared in the kitchen — so much for his big surprise visit. « hi — uh, sorry, about the apples. » he probably should've warned her he was coming over.

the god had spent his final hours in the upperworld doing his favorite thing, spying and fooling mortals. he had taken his serpent form and was slithering through tall grass, amused with himself for spooking some river nymphs. black and blue scales reflected every so often when the sun would hit it just right and he sought shelter from the bright rays in the branches of an olive tree. it was entirely too warm and too bright for his liking. hades had enough, and was growing bored. the underworld was calling his name. his cold, dark bedroom was his own version of heaven. after desccending the tree and abandoning his serpent form, hades lifted staff he had made appear and began to lift it. he paused, hearing someone in the distance. the god followed the noise, coming to a clearing that separated the forrest from the village. there were a group of younger girls, possibly nymphs frollicking with baskets of wheat. hades tapped the staff and two mid level demons appeared. they were tasked to disguised themselves and gain as much intel on the girls they could, especially the brunette. before his eyes, he watched his minions transform into a boy and girl around the same age, holding their own baskets. off they went to do his dirty work, and off he went to cool himself off in the comfort of his beloved underworld.

when in the mood, any inhibitions are completely removed. he doesn't care about who sees them or what they see, if anything he relishes the notion that anyone, everyone could see them together and recognise that laurel belonged to him. "yes, baby." he decides it, swiftly pressing his lips to her own, pressing his whole frame so firm against her own, allowing his leg to slip between her's, pressing against her purposefully with his thigh. "think they might quite enjoy the show, don't you think? watching you come apart 'cause of my touch, my mouth..." open mouthed kisses run across her jaw and her neck, sucking against her skin, sure to leave a mark. "would you like that, darling? for everyone to see exactly who you belong to?"
