The promised visit from the terrorist to the enforcer for later in the night was put on hold by a very important task, one that required a decision that could possibly make or break the relationship between the two. Jinx found herself between a rock and a hard place as she contemplated her choices, unable to make a decision. She bit down on her lip, fingernails of her left hand tapping uneasily against the handle of Zapper at her thigh. Time ticked on, and surely the officer grew wary.

Smooth, elevator-esque music played in the background as Jinx pondered her choices. Rocky road, she wondered, or cotton candy? Ooh! Or maybe strawberry... Or... She reached a hand up to bite down on her fingernails, the polish chipped and almost gone. What does she even like? Pff, what do I care? This is more for me than for that stupid cop... She furrowed her brows together and finally stuck her hand into the freezer, choosing a flavor called "Wild 'n' Reckless Sherbet." Fitting.

Leaving a few coins on the counter of a scared-stiff store clerk, Jinx made her way to Vi's home, attaching the handles of the plastic bag to Fishbones's jagged maw. And finally, she landed on the balcony just outside the enforcer's bedroom and gave the window a few loud knocks.
