Ingredients: 2 shots of espresso. 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. 2 oz bourbon whiskey. 1 oz caramel sauce. Whipped cream optional. Chocolate shavings optional.
Instructions: Make two shots of espresso and let them cool down a bit. Each glass should have a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it. For every scoop of ice cream, add 1 oz of bourbon whiskey. Add 0.5 oz of caramel sauce to every serving. Each glass should get one shot of espresso. You can add whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top if you want to. Serve right away and enjoy!
