Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/3 cup raspberry jam.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam onto the batter. Use a knife to swirl the jam into the batter to create a marbled effect. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter. Allow brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
