ok so i was thinking of the flash and how there are multiple earths with multiple realities. so i want dean and cas (sam and jack can come too but they're not necessary to the plot of this) to pop onto another earth. on this earth, cas and dean are a couple, and at first you don't know. they act exactly the same as our dean and cas. well...then they kiss in front of sam, cas, dean, and jack. sam starts internally fangirling, but you can tell a little that he's so happy for them. jack has that sweet innocent smile on his face, like when he first tried nougat. cas has that sweet look on his face from when dean said "i'd rather have you, cursed or not"
ok this was the look i was talking about. but then, cas realizes the look on his face and gets flustered and just panics a little. dean's face gets all red, but then something clicks. he loves cas. he really and truly does. this version of cas and dean are acting exactly the same as the original dean and cas. so later that night, sam and jack go and get food, because sam saw the look on his brother's face. he knew that dean finally realized he loved cas, and he knew cas knew for a while that he loves dean. so dean and cas are alone in the hotel on this alternate earth. so when they're finally alone, dean looks at cas, so nervous for what he's about to do. what if cas doesn't feel the same way? what if he gets rejected and hurt. but he loves cas too much for him to keep it in for much longer. he takes cas' face and kisses him. time stands still, and cas kisses back. cas let's go from the kiss and just stares at dean. he is the happiest he has ever been and he is just at complete bliss. but then, suddenly, they're back in the bunker, all four of them. and then they hear a voice "i told you that you would play your roles." Gabriel. he was behind them getting stuck on a different earth and he was the reason that dean made his move. he wanted happiness for his fellow brother, so he just kinda pushed things along. and they lived happily every after.
just kidding. supernatural doesn't work like that. but they did live happily for like a week or so, so that's something
