I feel like Not Important would be the opposite of Ichiban aside from Kiryu
Ichiban keeps his childlike and cheerful demeanor despite being jailed for 18 years while we all know that Not Important is a misanthrope whose life is full of cold and bitter hatred, though there's not much known about his backstory
Also Not Important wants to kill all humans and die in the most violent way possible while Ichiban always wanted to be a hero and is willing to help people in need
