Neither of them have slept in like- three days, and her vocabulary is suffering for it; the commissioner stuck her on a sixty hour stakeout with a couple of the detectives and it is very mind-numbing to watch the same building for sixty hours straight- and not being allowed to fall asleep during. Vic- god knows what’d happened to him, but nonetheless, he’d shuffled into her apartment with nicks and grazes and a couple of other flesh wounds, accompanied by bags under his eyes that were clearly Gucci.
Victor only lets out a hum of discontent before he shifts from wrapping his arms around her waist and nuzzling into her belly to straightening out to settle properly into bed. Though he doesn’t quite let go of her, already he’s snuggling up next to her, an arm holding her close and his nose buried in the curve of her neck.
She’s somehow become home in a sense.
Three days is a long time without seeing her, though he’s kept an eye on her team during their stake out. So he admits one thing, his voice tired and slurred against her skin.
“I missed you.”

Ed doesn’t even notice Oli has prosthesis at first, but once he does he is obsessively fascinated but knows it’s impolite to talk about it and so stubbornly pretends he hasn’t noticed but dear lord does he want to disassemble and reassemble that shit so bad you got no idea but there’s no socially acceptable way to approach that with a lady is there.
He is constantly baffled as to why she is so friendly toward him, wants to spend time with him, and just can’t seem to wrap his mind around the fact she legitimately wants to be friends. There must be some sort of ulterior motive.
He thinks her eating habits are abhorrent, and would give Harvey heartburn for a month.

He has an extra mug for her. There hadn’t been a job last night, and he’d slept early. Far more refreshed then she was. It did rather help he had far less of a routine when it came to mornings.
