DFS Toolkit
This summer I spent a good chunk of time working with Ammerah Saidi, DFS program coordinator, on developing tools and a zine that educators could use to implement DFS Root Practices.

My Story: An accomplished professional record producer/hip hop performing artist redirects his career path from pursuing grammys to building community and nurturing families, through sustainable entertainment art. Through his youth media literacy organization (the HERU Organization) his mission is to serve Detroit's economic and cultural renaissance through developing a new population of conscious youth media makers that will serve the establishment of a new sustainable entertainment industry in Detroit.
