Name: Alexander Lucis Caelum.
Gender: Male.
General Appearance: It isn't so obvious when he is younger, but Alexander is very much his father's son. In his later years he heavily resembles Bahamut's human self.
Personality: Being raised by his mother, Alexander is a lot more emotional. He is prone to wanting to prove himself and is willing to go to excessive lengths to be 'worthy'. Though he isn't naturally mean-spirited he can be cold-logical — doing or saying things that have to be done, even if they are not the kinder option.
Special Talents: He has strong command over Light, inspiring more "holy" magics. His powers are particularly effective against daemons.
Who they like better: His mother, because Aerith nurtures and gives him proper attention. Bahamut can be accused of thinking of what his son could do for him, more-so viewing him as a tool rather than a son.
Who they take after more: Somnus. Aerith raised him, Bahamut fathered him but Somnus in his role as an adoptive father developed a tightknit relationship to Alexander. Everything that Alexander strives to become is like following in "Dad's" footsteps.
Personal Headcanon: No one is born good or bad. They are shaped by the world around them. Alexander has had a turbulent life, so for how he turns out in the end? It's a bit like flipping a coin.
