Never stop learning and developing new skills, or honing them.

Besides improving your resume, increasing skill range in general helps individuals become more valuable as an employee and potential business partner, depending on the skill, that is. Plus, some skills can be useful to further their personal agendas as a boss/CEO.
For Example: An English speaking individual is developing an online company that sells products manufactured in China. Even if the business partners in China can fluently communicate in English, it may be a good idea for the English speaker to learn Chinese. Main reason being that they can maintain a better partnership with their abroad associates, while also being able to network through those abroad associates to increase their range of influence to China. After all, it is rather difficult for an individual to be an influential figure in the future, in a totally different country that speaks a completely different language they don’t understand. Especially when starting out solo.

Learning another language
-Broadens the spectrum of people to interact with, information and jobs available.
Taking a web design/digital design class
- Increases jobs available, ability to self promote online, an understanding of how to traffic audiences to your webpage or online company through design and/or site functions.
Take a class in business/business management
-Learn how to come up with a business plan, understand how to properly hire and fire an employee, the legalities for starting a business, how to develop a brand.
Photography
-Make some money on the side by selling photos as stock images, take pictures and video for weddings, make intros for you tubers, create a more professional online profile.
Writing
-Make posts online to develop an audience and build influence, make money on the side by writing and proofreading essays for customers.
Coding
-Whether it’s JavaScript, C++, html, python, ruby, etc., they are useful to know in order to create a website or feature for your website that visitors can interact with.
*IQ is actually not a measure of overall intelligence, but rather, a component of intelligence. IQ measures relative problem solving and pattern seeking ability between you and your peers. Other examples of components of intelligence includes memory, adaptability, reading emotions, charisma, spatial awareness, mental endurance, knowledge, and self discipline.
*Charisma is not just being the life of the party and center of attention. Charisma is about being able to work different social settings, being able to communicate efficiently to a wide audience range, and persuasive ability. The main advantage of having charisma is the ability to network and communicate with people.
