I know all hosts say this but this truly comes from our hearts that we are forever grateful for your hard work,  inspiring dedication, humbling attempts & most of all for sharing your personal journey with us. Thank you, it was such a tough challenge but we did it👊 . 💞We don't chose winners based on who they tag, what they wear, their editing or even how perfect their practice is. We have chosen the following winners based purely on their amazing dedication to the challenge. . . 🏆. @56living_healthy is one who stood out for us as being utterly humble and so so so funny, keeping us amused throughout. Tracy has a beautiful and inspiring practice. . ⏬#DevelopingTheNegative ⏬ . ⤵ DAY 15  ⏩ HANDSTAND ⏩ EKA PADA BAKASANA  ⏩ EKA PADA KOUNDINYASANA 1 (last day😭) . ______________________________ . This challenge has been insanely tough, let's be honest, it was no ordinary challenge, we've laughed and we've cried (see what I did there @amyyogamomof3 😉 )  there was some bullying, yes really, I made @gluyoga get out of bed to do chinstand again, I forced @ciaoyoga to work on her press, and I wouldn't let @sportandtravel & @yogamand drop out😈 we've had some kick ass breakthroughs too from @marei_r who didn't even realise what a badass she was & @dglgirl who had an awesome press first!   We've had some hilarious posts which have kept the challenge fun and entertaining go check out @brandijeanneb twerking on her wall & @56living_healthy who's family ignore her when she takes a tumble😂😍 we've had some  quitters too who I won't name 😂 we've witnessed peeps that refused to quit @karenroperyoga & @chimama1 and so many more!  💗 Wish I could thank you all individually😳 ______________________________ . 🚩 I so wanted to use my TRX here for some TRX YOGA but I was afraid I'd have people saying "I don't have a Trx strap, damn I can't do that one 😭" Well YES you can! 👊 No excuses! Get your strap make a loop and hang it over a door VOILA🎆 You can use the wall without a strap too! . ----------------------------------------------- . ✔TIPS; Protract shoulders, cat spine, and hollow body! . ✔BEGINNER TIP For EPK lean further forward and drop right side body to opposite tricep. . ______________________________ . 💟 These insanely graceful, humble and beautiful souls made this challenge possible, @pinkchampagne13  was the mastermind behind the theme. @caitmnolan to blame for that cruel pincha pike and @blue_yagoo for that crazy handstand list! . ⏬#DevelopingTheNegative ⏬ . ⤵ DAY 14  ⏩ HANDSTAND ⏩   ⏩ 8 ANGLE POSE . ______________________________ . 🚩 This wonderful community we have here in IG 'yoga land' is amazing & inspiring,  let's keep it that way and continue to have fun and enjoy & respect each other's practice's no matter how they choose to practice. If you don't share my love of props then check in with my super talented prop-less co-hosts who I lovingly refer to as my yogi aliens 👽 😂 They don't really exist they're an optical illusion👻😂😂 . . I feel beyond privileged that you chose to share your practice with us,🙏 . . ______________________________ . 🚩 I have 2 options for you today - JUMPING to 8 angle or WALL SKIING 🏂All on BLOCKS so it helps with the clearance.  😉 . ----------------------------------------------- . ⚠ Play safe out there 😉 . 🌟 It's a good idea before you start, to work on 8 angle in isolation first, to prepare the body for what's coming. 😉 . ______________________________ . 🔴 Beginner tips for jumping to 8 angle. 🔴 . ↖ Shorter down dog. . ↗ Stay low as you propel forward.
