Self-taught cartoonist Greg Irons arrived in San Francisco in early 1967, and roamed around the Haight-Ashbury, prolifically rendering acid-enhanced impressions in his sketchbook. He would later use these images in the creation of his rock posters. Apart from poster art, Irons became known as one of the seminal figures in Underground comix.
