Doctor House was the best in his field, at least that's what the word was among the New York high lifers. That's what brought Tony into the man's office for a personal visit. Tony touched the arc reactor in his chest through his shirt and looked around the lobby of the hospital. He could feel the anxiety setting in as he waited for the staff to give him an answer to his request. What if he was told no?

Shaking off the feeling Tony stepped up to the receptionist's desk again. "Uh hi. Hope the doctor isn't too busy to see me. But um. I have an urgent situation at hand. Possibly a matter of national security. See uh." He touched his chest, "I'm Iron Man."

That earned him a funny look and a long tired stare from the staff. "What? You don't believe me?? Unbelievable."

He just wants to take his range bag off and shower and go the fuck to bed.
