Irene as a toddler

A continuation of this post.

Always getting into trouble, she would use the Imps to help her prank the casino crew and her parents.

She’s always trying to sneak out, but she’d always get caught by either her parents or Chips Bettigan (Since she spent the most time with him then the rest of the staff).

If she did manage to successfully sneak out then everyone in Inkwell would be after her. “King Dice, the Devils right hand man, the cheating no good conman, has a daughter? We could use her for ransom money!”

Not just that, Devil has his fair share of enemies too. “The Devil, root of all mortal evil, has a child of his own? Unacceptable! It must be killed!”

Yeah, no sneaking out.

She didn’t actually start showing much emotion until she was around ten months old.

When she was five years old she started a huge food fight in the casino break room, something about Phear Lap “needing some meat on those bones”.

She’d dress the Imps up in little suits she made with Dice (Headcanon that he can sew), the Imps didn’t really complain.

Free suit? Hell yeah! Talking back to Satans little one? Hell no!

Nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to her tantrums.

Stole her snack? Getting thrown in a pit.

Messed up her dress? Setting you on fire.

And that’s when she’s in a good mood!

Irene as a baby

Because I can

Nobody asked for this but I’m gonna to it anyway, cuz I can (also my baby cousins came over and left and I miss them-)

She LOVED shiny things, if you tried to take something shiny away from her you better believe, you will go deaf.

Other then that, she rarely ever cried about anything. The few things she did cry about were when she was hungry, or wanted to be held.

She learned how to sit up on her own FREAKISHLY fast, at five months old to be exact, it almost scared Dice to death when he saw her just get up like some kinda vampire.

She got to do the ‘skin-on-skin’ thing with both her Dads when she was born, just because she was born (a lot) differently then other babies doesn’t mean she didn’t have a good relationship with her parents at birth.

She HATED being left with Wheezy and LOVED hanging out with Mangosteen, even though nobody trusted him with with an infant (For obvious reasons).

She liked being with Devil the most though, he was basically a giant soft pillow to her, but he had this aura (?) when he was around her, like nothing bad would happen to her if he was there. He became super gentle and nice when she was around, he showered her with affection, he loved her cute little goat tail and wings, he just loved everything about her.

But obviously he had no idea how to actually take care of a baby (he didn’t even know how to hold one until Dice showed him how), but we’re getting off track.

Her first word was “Die”, she was trying to say “Dice” but couldn’t make the “s” sound yet.

She was a very fast learner, always a few months ahead of everyone else too.

If her parents weren’t the ones to put her to sleep, then good luck with that cuz you’re gonna need it.
