ALOE :   HOW DOES YOUR MUSE HANDLE GRIEF ?   /   dante is the kinda guy that suffers in silence,  the guy that shows on the outside that he's moved on and he's still capable  ( in a way,  he has to,  because who else can do what he can do?  as the saying would go,  no rest for the wicked )  but on the inside he's still crying,  he's still aching and he's calling out for help.  this said,  not all grief goes away on their own,  and on a positive note,  sometimes it's the only reason he continues to fight and do good in the world even if they see him as evil due to his heritage.  you'll come to know that dante does keep as some sort of a memorabilia,  whether it's of a person,  whether it's from an event.  the notable one that is on show is a portrait of his late mother that sits on his desk,  the other that's hidden is the tattered glove with a slash across the palm from the first time he lost vergil.

BASIL :   DOES YOUR MUSE HAVE A LOVE - HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH ANYONE OR ANYTHING ?   /   as irony would go,  dante doesn't really have any that could be considered a  " love - hate "  relationship with anyone in particular,  close one would be vergil but dante wouldn't ever dare say nor think he could hate his own twin brother no matter how much they clash due to different ideologies,  but if anything;  the only contender for this is his job.  he loves the idea that what he does and his capabilities of such can make a difference in the world and to help the citizens,  their families,  to get rid of the evil and to live up to his father's legacy;  as a hero.  but,  he also hates the idea that he knows he can't always save everyone,  to witness the destruction and the deaths he's seen in his long line of work,  almost as if he's seeing a repeat of events in his life and the lingering guilt that hangs on his shoulders afterwards.
