how do you personally think Julian and Portia's parents would have looked like? and why would you have thought so??

I don’t know why, but I think Ilya probably looks a lot like his dad, and Portia got a little of both

They probably both had very, VERY wild hair, and both had blue eyes considering the eye colors of their kids (if you look into the genetics of grey eyes, you’ll see what I mean). Also, HUGE height difference. Huge.

We know they were seafarers, but I like to think mama Devorak was likely very Nevivonian, hence the garb. Papa Devorak was probably a pirate, met mama when docking, and things took off from there~! Unfortunately, they both probably passed pretty young (considering Ilya and Pasha’s ages when the thing happened)-- around maybe Nadia’s age now, maybe a little older.

Headcanons for when Ty gets to meet the Devoraks?

You would think you'd have to watch out for Siobhan, but you'd be WRONG!!! Ivan may be a jovial, easy-going guy, but he's the one you have to watch out for.

Siobhan gives Ty the 9th degree.

Ty is a Good Boy and answers all her questions.

And say's "Yes Ma'am", "no ma'am", and "please" and "thank-you".

"If yea doan treat m'boy right, alle cut yer nuts off." "And I would say sorry." "Yea bett'r."

Julian is all "OMG MAMA! STAAAAAHP!"

"Ilya! Does he fuck ya good?" "MAMA!"

"Wha's in yer bank account?" "Here are my statements for the past 5 years. Would you also like the names of my past partners?" "Yea." "Mama stop it. I'm a grown man." "An' yea'll always be ma lit'tl boy." "Mamaaaaaa..."

Afterwards, just when Ty thinks he's finished, Ivan sits down for tea.

"Siobhan is just very protective." "I know." "She loves her son very much." "My Ma would have done the same." "What, is my son not GOOD enough for you!?"

"Ah yes, my Svetlana. She is a very good hammer. I have used her many times. Really good at crushing skulls!"

Saw some folks talking about Devorak parents and my hand slipped

I figure the kids probably take more after their mother, who was six feet of wild hair and adventure. They got their Softe and Sweet (and eyebrows) from their father, and the combined might of the couple’s freckles resulted in Portia (and possibly Julian.)
