Dewey’s 24 hour read-a-thon - Update 1
It has finally started. I’m a little late to the party, I got up to late and had to eat something first. I’ve now started with Rainbow Rowells Pumpkinheads. I’m really excited about it. But first I’ll answer the survey here.
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
I’m from Germany!
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
I don’t really have a specific stack for this readathon, I’ll just try to read whatever looks good on my TBR, but I’M excited to read some Sci-Fi today.
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
I was really looking forward to the above mentioned bowl and it was delicious. Originally it was planned as dinner, but I was just so hungry.
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
What can I tell you? I haven’t participated in a readathon in a very long time and I’m going to find out if I can still read a whole 24 hours.
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
Not my first but the last one was years ago. I remember that I went to read in bed at around 3 in the morning, which was a mistake. So I won’t go to bed unless I really need to get a few hours sleep.
