"Hey, Jennifer!" Dewi shouted out to the kitchen. She could hear Jennifer lock the fridge before the answer came. "What?" she asked back to Dewi in the living room. Dewi was looking through a bunch of movies, some of them hers and some of them Jennifer's. They had both talked about having a movie night with each other; they knew each other very well and knew that this was a nice thing to do. “Are we sorting out the movies we want to see and not want to see?” Jennifer appeared and looked at her friend, nodded before walking towards her with take away food and ice tea.
“We can find a movie and say if we want to see it or not. If we both say yes, we watch it. If one say yes and one says no, we have to take it on the waiting list. Is that a good plan?” she suggested and gave Dewi a little smile. She thought about it for a while, and then said that it was a nice idea. They started to look through the movies, taking up one at the time and vote yes or no for it. After the voting, Jennifer opened up the food and looked at the movies they had voted yes for. Seven movies they had said yes for, fifteen they had said no for and five they had put on the waiting list. “Okay, which one do you want to watch first? This?” She grabbed one of the movies and looked at the cover. It was We Need to Talk About Kevin, one of Jennifer’s favorite movies. She had seen it around ten times and it was still a favorite. Dewi nodded, she had seen the movie before, but that was a few months ago and she couldn’t remember what the movie was about – though Jen had talked about it several times. While she placed herself in the couch, Jen turned on the movie and took place beside her friend.
