His obsession with Bucky drove Dex to become a Thunderbolt to be near him. It wasn't difficult to convince a woman like Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, because after he demonstrated his abilities, she immediately told her assistant to prepare a room for him in the tower.

Dex didn't like the idea of ​​sharing his space with anyone other than Bucky, but he'd try if he wanted the man to become his "North Star".
