at the end of s2 and i do wish the writers had even Mildly addressed the racial dynamics going on with dexter framing doakes. it doesnt come up seemingly at all that Maybe people are more likely to believe that doakes, a black man who has been repeatedly falsely set up to look scary and aggressive, is the bay harvor butcher as opposed to the white guy.... because of. yknow. antiblackness. it just seems crazy that they never mention that aspect of it
