Yeah, everyone had a one-day strike to complain about the latest update tumblr did without consulting us and moreover, without improving from the older version. the current photoset is now max 540 px, which for me it'd be fine...but when you upload your images, they will resize to 500 px and sloppily stretch to 540 px, making the images blurry and ugly.

I joined 'cuz of that.

According to law, it should be one month all at once. But depending in between companies, you can talk with PR and decide whether you want a whole month or you want to spread out.

I chose spreading out. :P

Oh yeah, this whole month is solely mine. Special dates such as Brazil's independency day, or New Year's or Christmas...we don't subtract those holidays from my month of vacation.

Yesterday I went to the interview and I think I did it well. I'm trying tone down my excitement and hopes because I don't want to be disappointed if I don't get the job. TAT

But one of the owners of the company is going to interview me next tuesday and asdfghjkl Gawd, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Well...it's not as forgiving as learning a new language because I can't make a small mistake or else it won't work.

A woman next to me put "..." instead of ".." and just because of that, the code did not allow to load a certain image.

Wat. XD

Oh, I also hope I'll be able to understand once I grasp the basic! For now I only learned how to make some basic one structure website and basic CSS coding.

Well...it might be frustrating if you want to make an awesome website right off the bat. It takes patience and you really have to slowly learn from the basics and then build up. Or else you'll see all the gigantic columns of texts and coding and not understand one shitty thing.

I'm still at the very beginning, 1 class out of 5, so I can't guarantee 100% of what I'm writing. But thankfully with html5, things have gotten waaaaaay easier and CSS helps too.

pffttt no, call them all younglings. ever since i started my twenties i've forgotten my age bc i realised how little age matters for anything, once you're above legal limits for stuff like drinking etc

I get what you mean, after I turned 18 I often forgot my age... I mean after my 19th birthday I kept telling people I was 18 for like half a year bc I forgot I'm not (-_-)' but it's still so weird to think that in a week and a half or so I'm not gonna be a teenager anymore
