This is really getting bad...I'm going to end up having knee problems.

I have a problem with crossing my legs to the point that I'm getting knee pain.  Literally everytime I sit, my leg automatically folds under the other. In the car, on the couch, even when I friggen sleep my leg is crossed and now it's really starting to worry me because I can feel pain slowly coming...

I know I can get it wrapped for the pain, but it's the breaking the habit part I'm worried about...
