DIRECTORS GUILD AWARDS 2026. THE BEAR

There's something important we probably have to come to terms with

When people get awards these day or any days, they take the production AS A WHOLE

So if your acting is phenomenal but your movie was bad or not well received, most likely you won't win

If you directed a brilliant episode, but your show is out of favor because the quality of the storytelling AS A WHOLE ENTITY had gone down, there's no bright spark like WORMS that can save you come awards season

Ugh! This sucks!!!!!

I hope they win for WRITING. Ayo and Lionel shouldn't be penalized for what the others have done

It's a cautionary tale.

I learned a lot from watching the in real life drama surrounding season 3 of the bear.

It really showed me what not to do with good working formulas AT WORK.
