Sometimes, being shipwrecked may get you to meet the love of your life near the waves. This is for #mermay2024, and the prompt #wrecked, based in not one, but two movies by Tarak and Charan, Chiruta and Dhammu.

Chiruta was Charan's first movie and is.... regular. I am linking the trailer, because that's what I do, but trigger warning for a transphobic caricature of a transwoman (She barely appears in the trailer, but is a fixture in the movie) in case you want to see the movie itself.

Meanwhile, Dhammu has none of that, but it has a tiny bit more violence than usual for a Tarak movie, even when Ramachandra begins as a pacifist who dislikes fighting!

RATING NANDAMURI TARAKA RAMA RAO JR’S MANSPREADS ON A SCALE OF 1 - 10

Another Raja Vasi spread! Rama Chandra? I have to be honest, his name in this movie confuses me. So let’s just stick with what I know best: CROTCH!

This is pretty good, pretty nice! He’s commanding a great deal of attention, I do love the tension in his arms, the breadth of space he’s occupying. I’m 100% sold that this man is IN CONTROL, and that’s a touchstone of a good manspread. Standing spreads are a little more tricky to pull off, but he has the skills! I see some nice subtleties here that reveal his power level: firmly planted feet, intense scowl, hips square with shoulders, locked knees, etc. He knows what he’s doing!

But where’s the SEX APPEAL?! Where’s the douchiness?!! The bangles are nice, but where’s the comically oversized watch and belt buckle?! Not even a necklace??! Precious little visible chest hair! No cock bulge. No tension lines in the crotch of his jeans. Lots of deductions I’m having to take from an otherwise competent manspread. Mid.

FINAL VERDICT: 6/10

A wonderful moment from Dhammu, FULL SPREAD, full angst, full fury, full primitive masculine aggression! He’s BROODING! Look at that FROWN! He’s taking the Kubrick stare to new heights! Or, new lows?? He’s a mad boy! This spread is a harbinger of danger, and I love it!

His hand positioning is great. Notice the weight braced all the way up to his shoulder, holding lots of tension in one arm and letting the other rest angstily on his thigh. Great use of the whole body. He’s hunched, which does knock off a point (an ideal manspread has a backward lean) but there’s some GREAT distance between his knees. Overall, an exceptional spread.

FINAL VERDICT: 8/10

As I keep falling down, down, down the #Tollywood rabbit hole (Come with me! We have tea and incredibly hot guys who are so bendy is incredible to see them dance!) I decided to do this bit of fanart for an au of #Dhammu and #Chiruta I may or may not write, with Rama as a merman prince who seduces our dear Cherry. Mixed technique, As the foam is #acrylicmarkers while the rest is #alcoholmarkers with a lot of sparkly pen help!

By the way, there's a NSFW version, but I am not sure how to post it so that it doesn't show to people that don't want to see extra peens. Suggestions?
