No, darling. That is not a rainbow horse.

That's a mask of Diablo Huma. "Diablo" is Devil in spanish. "Huma" is head in quechua.

Diablo Huma is a typical character of the ecuadorian folklore.

He's a dancer. He dances in the party of Inti Raymi, which celebrates the crops and thanks Mother Earth and the Sun for them.
