Fairy Tail 100 year quest chapter 36. Well it was quite a nice read but sadly this chapter felt short. Let’s begin with Lucy. Where we see Mirajane and Elfman fight off against the Diablos guild members the armor dragon eater and the ash dragon eater both getting their butts handed to them but not going down so easily. While Lisanna uses her snake form to tie Lucy up and well she’s going to try and turn Lucy into a corrupted white mage like how all of them became. Cutting to Erza, Jellal and Laxus against the blade dragon eater. However, Jellal plans on doing something else. He bounds Erza in Magic she can’t escape from so easily and carries her off bridal style wanting her to himself and wants to “purify her” to become white like him. To the Jerza shippers out there this arc has been kind too all of you for the fan service lol. We also cut to Natsu against the ghost dragon eater revealing that only dragon slayers of any generation can see him and he doesn’t want to eat dragons to become stronger but to absorb souls to grow his power and find the one who’s cursed him to not be off into the after life. Sadly for Natsu and us the readers, left on a cliffhanger where his soul has been drained from his body. Is Natsu dead? Will Team Natsu be able to defeat both the dragon eaters and save their friends? Hopefully they do and in chapter 37 we will find out soon. I give this chapter a simple 7/10
