MLB The Show 26 WBC Finals | Engineers vs Chinese Taipei
The St. Louis Engineers won the World Baseball Classic.
Against Chinese Taipei, the game turned into a tight extra-inning battle after an early Aaron Judge homer. Then Alfredo Despaigne delivered the walk-off hit to win the WBC 2-1 and finish the series the best way possible.
MLB The Show 26 WBC Semifinals | Engineers vs Netherlands
The St. Louis Engineers are headed to the WBC finals.
The Netherlands scored first in the semifinal, but the Engineers answered fast with big swings from Gleyber Torres and Alfredo Despaigne and turned it into a 5-2 win. This felt like a real knockout game from the first inning on.
MLB The Show 26 WBC Quarterfinals | Engineers vs Panama
The WBC quarterfinals are live, and the Engineers absolutely handled business.
Against Panama, the team got an early blast from Wilson Contreras, kept piling on runs, and finished the game with a 7-0 shutout. One of the most complete wins of the whole run.
Game 4 of the WBC Mini Season was absolute chaos.
The St. Louis Engineers and Mexico went to extra innings, and the Engineers needed multiple clutch swings to survive. Elliot Ramos delivered the biggest one of all and helped seal a 5-4 win in one of the best games of the series so far.
Pool B Game 3 is live in my MLB The Show 26 World Baseball Classic series.
The St. Louis Engineers faced Italy, fell behind early, and then got a huge momentum swing from Albert Pujols to take control. This one had more pressure than the first couple games, which made the 4-1 finish feel even better.
MLB The Show 26 WBC Game 2: Engineers vs Brazil
Pool B Game 2 is live in my MLB The Show 26 World Baseball Classic series.
The Engineers replaced Team USA and faced Brazil in Diamond Dynasty, with Albert Pujols giving the team an early boost and Dansby Swanson landing the late dagger. This series is turning offline DD into a full tournament run, which makes every game feel bigger.
The World Baseball Classic run begins in MLB The Show 26.
I replaced Team USA with my St. Louis Engineers in Diamond Dynasty and opened the tournament with a full Pool B game against Great Britain.
The bigger goal of this series is to keep grinding WBC cards, complete the moments, and slowly turn the lineup into a WBC-heavy squad as the series goes on. That gives every episode both tournament stakes and lineup progression.
This is Episode 1, but it already sets the tone for the entire series.
