See as a gay Minecraft man you could ask a guy out normally but why would you do that when you can accidentally introduce him to a corrupting supernatural influence that wants to puppet him for it's own goals, he comes to you begging you to save him, you drop everything to do so but your potions just aren't working, he goes into a bloodlust and attacks you and then apologizes for it because it was The Sword Demon, he finds out you're the once who accidentally Demoned His Sword and is betrayed and announces you an enemy to his regime, you get really into gambling (as one does) and ALSO get demon corrupted, you become dramatic echos of each other that both spiral out of control and are wells of bottomless powerhunger and greed, you keep hitting on each other but also attacking and killing each other because obviously what is a gay romance without pinning each other to the wall with your swords, and then the show you're both in is unceremoniously cancelled leaving you in this enemies to lovers limbo forever like if catadora never got resolution.
