I mean, he probably has internal ears like most reptiles? so as long as the stethoscope he's using was made for that, it'd work fine.

Sableye (Water): Its eyes are made of pearl and it’s scales are tough and brittle, reinforced by its diet: Clampearl, easily able to tear through its shell with its teeth.

Sableye (Fire): It makes its home in volcanic cliffs where it can freely enjoy eating copious amounts of volcanic igneous rock.  Granite and obsidian are its favorites.

Sableye (Grass): Whenever it indulges in limestone rocks, occasionally the remains of fossilized plants will emerge on its back.

Sableye (Electric): Rubbing its iron fleck imbued fur, it generates electricity which is stored in the gemstone on its chest.  Bright sparks always escape its teeth whenever it feasts.

Sableye (Flying): Its wings are sensitive yet extremely tough, the webbing acting like Kevlar to protect it from attacks.

Sableye (Rock): The gemstones on its back are incredibly heavy, so much so that if it fully stands up it will topple over.  However, their spiky protection makes the perfect shield.

Sableye (Ground): Its sturdy claws can slice entire boulders with pinpoint precision.  While mostly blind, it can smell out gems with ease.

Sableye (Psychic): The large crystals extending from its back are filled with psychic energy, which can be used to heal or create devastating attacks.  They can never be shattered.

Sableye (Bug): Its chitin exoskeleton is harder than diamond, and its 8 eyes allow it to see in all directions.

Sableye (Poison): A single scratch from those crystal claws can prove fatal as they store innumerable toxins

Sableye (Steel): Iron ore is eaten and then processed in its core, creating steel plating that rises to the surface of its skin.

Sableye (Fairy): These mischievous creatures are fond of the night and have a nasty habit of eating evolutionary stones which fuel its attacks.

Sableye (Dragon): Known for their vast hoards of wealth, they are incredibly greedy and have a craving for anything shiny.

Sableye (Ice): The ice these Pokemon create shimmers like brilliant gems, and cut just as sharply.

Sableye (Fighting): To protect its arms from its own brutal punches, it wraps its hands in thick bandages.  Its hooved feet can produce quite the kick.

Sableye (Normal): It scurries about from field to field, always in search of shiny dropped objects which it decorates its den with.
