I mean I like her a lot (that could be me being my Latina half self too) but like I understand why people are pissed because Halloween is like in a week (I think) and before that I didn’t even notice and the fact that their kinda comparing it to Fourth of July freddy is kinda of offensive its self I donno it’s just kinda weird to me 😅

And the holiday Catrina Toy Chica (apparently what's shes called) is mainly lasts in November (Oct 31-Nov 2). Illumix stated that she's "a bit early for her day" and people think this lumps a sacred Mexican holiday about grieving loved ones with an American holiday. It just doesn't mix well. As well as the patriodic skins being dropped at the time all the riots were happening. Wrong timing. If they waiting to drop the reskin Nov 1st or smth, i guarantee there's gonna be better responses as well

Its a Halloween event. Day Of The Dead isn't Halloween. We already had some Jack O animationics so honestly, why not Nightmare Mangle instead?

In my opinion from the screenshots I've seen, I like how it looks. Its pretty and there's a LOT of detail in it especially with the flowers so Illumix took their time on the design. Props to something that isn't half assed and sloppy. Ive seen another pro agreement on Mexican representation as well.

I chose .exe to be a hyena because I thought it'd fit with his vibe! Lolbit, hyena, hyena's laugh, LOLbit, it just made sense to me! (lolbit uses .exe neopronouns and he/him)
