Brooklyn 99 AUs: Dianetti + meeting at comic con

Option A: After falling in love with the book series Crimson Portal, Rosa Diaz attends Comic Con dressed as the main character where she meets famous actress, Gina Linetti.

Option B: After falling in love with the book series Crimson Portal, Rosa Diaz attends Comic Con dressed as the main character where she meets fellow fan, Gina Linetti.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine AUs: High School Dianetti 

After getting kicked out of The American Ballet Academy for beating other ballerinas up, Rosa Diaz transfers to Brooklyn High. The dance class at her new school is a mix between trained dancers and students that have never taken any dance lessons. The girls that have been in dance all of their lives and performed in countless recitals, act like they’re better than everyone else. If the circumstances as to why Rosa joined their class were different, they would likely welcome her into their exclusive clique, but they stay clear of her (out of fear) knowing the truth as to why she was there. Rosa preferred it anyway, she found them annoying and liked not having to talk. That was the case until she was ordering them to back off of making fun of fellow classmate, Gina Linetti.

Although Gina didn’t have any professional training, she was just as - if not more - passionate about dance, than the girls judging her. Somehow while standing up for Gina during the argument with these girls, Rosa furiously tells them that she will train and perform with Gina at the school’s upcoming talent show. She also guarantees that Gina and her will win. 

In spite of the fact that Rosa finds school talent shows dumb, she can’t help but smile at how happy Gina is at the notion of them performing together. And Rosa is happy too, not because she likes Gina or anything. It’s totally just because she can’t wait to beat their competition (or that’s what she tells herself at least).

Brooklyn 99 AUs: Dianetti 

It had been a typical day at Charles Boyle’s bakery, 99 Pies! For the shops newest employee, Rosa Diaz when she met her bosses step-sister, Gina Linetti. 

Gina walked in like she owned the place - which she sort of did - but Rosa didn’t know that right away. She just assumed Gina was one of the stuck up gringas that moved into one of the new gentrified developments in the neighborhood - she was soon proved wrong. Both of the girls were engrossed by the other, except they each had too much pride to admit it. 

After that encounter Gina’s visits to the bakery became a weekly occurrence. The two would make small talk about nothing, but neither wanted the conversations to end. That was the case until one day when Charles came in from the kitchen, not knowing what was the last new pie to create and put on next months new menu. 

(99 Pies! Had its name because there was always 99 different options of pie available. Each month, Charles would spend his time creating 10 new pies flavors to swap out from what was currently on the menu. For the first time since he opened the restaurant he was unable to come up with the new tenth pie). 

Immediately, both Gina and Rosa had ideas for the last pie to be added and before Charles could even blink a competition was created between the girl to see who could create the better pie, with Charles deciding the winner. 

This idea was inspired by the episode “48 Hours” (1x07). Since it’s the captain of the dianetti ship aka @peraltiagoisland ‘s birthday I decided to finally make this.
