You have completely give up your control. After years of training, you are completely diaper dependent.
While you change into a fresh diaper, little spurts of pee escape your bladder. You can't stop dribbling while changing, so you have to change efficiently to avoid making a mess.
You're taped up in a fresh diaper. The dry padding wicks away moister from your skin. It's crinkly, secure, and feels like thick fabric covered in plastic. The plastic shell is wrinkly and full of creases.
Minutes after changing, it already starts. Before you could even put your pants back on, a small wet spot appears on your diaper. Little spurts of pee have already been escaping without you noticing and only after a few minutes do you feel your crotch getting warm. Sometimes, on occasion, a larger flow of pee will find its way into your thick padding and spread around the front.
You go about your day as normal, keeping plenty hydrated, while you body takes care of it's needs. There's tiny spurts here, medium spurts there and a rare mini flood fill your padding.
Over time, you begin to feel a little damp as the last of the dryness fills in. At this point, the sap has begun to lock away moisture, causing your diaper to swell noticeably. You squeeze your legs together, noticing that your underwear is thicker than it was ten minutes ago.
Because you can't control your pee, you hardly ever flood. The slow, steady trickle means that you use up almost all of your padding before changing. The creases and wrinkles on the exterior are gone and the last few are fading before your eyes.
You are now to the point of waddling. Your diaper, which is still swelling, is completely soaked in the front. Wetness has now begun to spread up the back side, giving your rear some extra bulk. It's thick, squishy, and the surface is smooth. Any wetness indicator is long gone.
So, you get a fresh diaper, begin to undo the tapes and the cycle begins anew.
This is what you wanted, and after years of dedication, you finally achieved your goal.
