I thought this eye-filled commission from a bit ago lined up well with the dice I'm making this month. I'm currently working on Halloween dice for October!

It takes me a bit of time to actually get dice sanded and polished and inked after initially pouring them, so I end up pouring things a couple of months in advance. Hence Halloween dice in July.

Mel Illume :: Custom set of character dice for a telekinetic wizard

Had so much fun with this set. The wizard character this is based on is a former circus performer turned mercenary. She has predominantly green motifs with some purple and gold accents. So I wanted a lot of colour shifting in the set. From the chameleon base, to the iridescent inclusions, to the ombre pour of green resin on the d20 fading to purple by the d4. There's a lot more than usual going on in this set, and the dice look different at every angle, but hopefully in a way that reads as a coherent story. The stills absolutely don't do them justice. I'm a little obsessed with this set and will definitely revisit this style for future dice.
