Your Water could be making you Allergic
High levels of dichlorophenols (used in pesticides and to chlorinate water) have been associated with food allergies.
Study was published in the Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the scientific journal of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI).
Off course it's hard to say which source is the most problematic - tap water, foods grown with pesticides, or food grown with pesticides AND contaminated water. More than likely the cumulative affect. Which means it might not be enough to just switch to drinking bottled water.

Food allergies increase by 18% from 1997 - 2007 (only 10 years!)
More than 50% of 2,211 people who tested for high levels of dichlorophenols had allergies
