Every time I open a book about Winters I find another name of a boy.
I'm guessing this is him since he ends up 6' tall, has brown hair and blue eyes and lives 1 minute away from Aunt Lottie's house in Ephrata. Welcome to the club, Harvey Clifford Fassnacht.

And in case you know Dick's taste in men, you're not going to be surprised to find out John Abel, Jr. was a dark haired boy with a widows peak and hazel eyes. He went to school with Dick and graduated Lancaster High in 1938.
