valerie had listened to felx and decided to take things slow. she knew if she wanted to be back in her sons life she had to ease into it. v had never been good at easing into anything, but for the sake of her family she found herself changing. in a positive way.  things were no longer about how she felt or what she wanted, it was all based around adam. she would take it one day at a time. it seemed to be paying off. it had only been about a month but the little boy was really coming around to valerie. how could he not, he was really dispositioned like her. this particular night they had spent the day at the zoo and then had dinner. by the time they had gotten home the little boy had fallen asleep in the car. v asked if she could put him in bed. she tucked the little boy in and kissed his forehead. “mommy loves you.” she whispered to the sleeping boy. of course she wouldnt have called herself mom to him while he was awake. she wasnt rushing that and she left that in felix hands. coming out of the room she shut the door some and smiled when she seen felix. “thank you for today, it was-” he pasued. “it was so much fun.it felt almost as things were normal.” she laughed softly. when did valerie ever have a normal life? “did you get that baby book from your mom like i asked?” she asked him.

today was the day . while it wasn’t the first time he went to get a tattoo at kiyoung’s tattoo shop , it was the first time that he brought his boyfriend along with him to do so . you have to meet him , he told the older male countless times until he finally agreed and both took a time that matched their schedules . and so , it was with a wide smile on his face that the tattooed male made his way inside , holding the door open so that minho could go in . ( he was such a gentleman , mind you . ) once inside , he walked towards the receptionist , pulling off his hoodie , before addressing her . “ hey , i have an appointment with kiyoung around noon . is he free , or should i wait in the waiting room ?? “ after all , he was in the same business as the other man and so he knew that most of the times , tattoos could take longer , pushing back a few clients here and there . plus , he was early . once the receptionist told sungjae she would go and check , he went back to his boyfriend , pressing a kiss on his cheek . “ believe me , he is worth waking up early . just his laugh gives me butterflies . “ the younger male mumbled , half joking .

Emily let out a sigh as she listened to the other. “It breaks my heart that you really see yourself that way.” She whispered as she leaned back, looking up to them. “Just know, that if you’re ex is saying that everyone thinks that you’re that way, they are wrong. They are saying it so they can make you stick around them.”

Richie hadn’t expected someone to come into the room. So here he was standing awkwardly, looking at the emotion filled face of the other. “Oh. Um,” He started in a soft tone as he looked to his hands. “I’m sorry. I can leave if you need me to. I can see you’re like, not feeling great.” He responded as he looked back up to the other.
