The Detective:

— He’d probably laugh a little bit when he sees you watching his videos

— Probably teases you a little bit, but he really loves that you care enough to watch his videos just for him

MadPat:

— Probably doesn’t care

— He notices how the host looks strangely similar to him… hmmm…

— But doesn’t worry about it

Mack (dictator):

— I think he’d make note of it and use it as a way to distract you

— Like, say he has to leave you alone for a while to do dictator stuff that you can’t be part of, so he puts the screen in front of you to keep you occupied while he’s gone

— Kind of how parents will put screens in front of kids to keep them distracted

The Hermit:

— He would not trust screens at all

— “What is the talking box?” “Who is the tiny human?”

— Definitely very disturbed by it

WarfPat:

— “Ohhh, my good ole alter ego!”

— Probably judging him for, well… everything, but it won’t bother him if you watch MatPat’s videos

— Won’t let you watch GTLive when you could be with him, though. It makes him jealous (even though he’d never call it “jealousy”, what a silly word)

DarkPat:

— Hates it.

— Forces you to turn it off and probably gives you the silent treatment for a couple hours

— Eventually calms down enough to tell you about his hatred for MatPat, and respectfully asks you to never watch his videos again

Ness:

— “Woah is that me?!”

— 100% jokes about how you’ve found his long lost twin online

Every time you watch it, he makes a comment like “Oh, I can hear my twin” or “Are you watching my twin’s YouTube channel again?”

Iswm ponderings- Mack ending

I was thinking about Iswm part 2 with the dicator Mack ending.

We know how the time line got glitched and how the captain's fate got worse and worse with each gltich.

In the first glitch, the captain was first treated like a lowly gopher/ servant nt (Kinda like how we treated Mark in that one ending.)

But then then Captain was being imprisoned, and being injected with things that will prolong our life in prison.

But then we, the captain, were sentenced to death by firing squad and then it was to be broadcast to the colony as an exapmple.

Here is where the ponderings come in. We know egnineer mark got seperated from us, and how sometimes we would run into each other in different time lines.

I wonder how he would have reacted seeing the captain in each of the scenarios.

And then there would be different reactions depending if he was dissilluisoned by us at that time or not.

(Tempted to do sketches or a drabble about this. so many good story possibilties.)

also dictator!mack, crumbling into an absolute flustered mess the second the captain does anything mildly assertive:

Mack: I’m the one in charge here

Captain: Mack if you don’t fix the coffee machine, you’re getting a demerit

Mack, already fully a dictator and blushing: YeS captain-

The most fun part is the captain’s 100% oblivious to this

So while they’re still getting used to Mack being in charge they’ll just-

“You don’t have permission to be here, engineer.”

And Mack just explodes. He is deceased. Especially if he’s given ~The Look~ of sternness

Here’s some little drabbles with the Macks (there isn’t much resolution in them because I’m bad at writing short things but that’s okay-)

Crewmate

“Captain!” Mack runs up to you, hiding something behind his back. You turn to him. “Yes, Mack?” “I made you something! Close your eyes!” You hold your hands out and close your eyes, and he hands you a small box. You open the box and look inside, seeing a small metal flower and the words “Will you go out with me?” engraved on the box. You giggle and kiss Mack’s cheek. “Of course!” He blushes a deep shade of red and smiles brightly. “I’ll pick you up at dinner! We’ll eat in the bridge!” He hugs you and kisses your forehead before running off, skipping happily. You go back to your room and put the box on your desk in plain view, excited for your date.

Head Engineer

Mack spent most of his morning looking for you. You had gotten into a habit of doing your own thing in the morning, and Mack was admittedly not the biggest fan of that. He wanted to spend as much time with you as he could without admitting to you that he wanted it. “Captain.” He stands directly behind you, stopping himself from holding you. You try to hide your blush. He’s never been this close to you, though he has been slowly getting closer and closer to you. “What do you want, Mack?” “I have go make sure you’re doing your job right.” You roll your eyes. “I assure you, I’m doing my job right.” You hear him take a deep breath and feel his hand gently rest on your shoulder. “I-I also wanted to ask if you wanted to take a break. Together.” His shyness is clear in his voice and you giggle. “That sounds nice.” He brightens up. “We can take that now if you want.” You nod. “Yeah. I need a break.” He takes your hand and leads you to a break room. You two talk for a while, eventually starting to get closer to each other and even cuddling a little. Mack looks at you towards the end of the break. “…Captain? Would you want to maybe…go on a date with me?” He blushes and looks away from you. You feel your face heat up and you kiss his cheek. “I’d love to.”

Dictator

Mack thought you were nearly perfect from the second he saw you. He never started showing his affections for you until recently. You didn’t expect to have a very good life on the new planet, but Mack made sure you were taken care of. You had one of the best rooms in his house and you were kept very safe from the people who disliked you. Mack had wanted to ask you to be his for a long time, but was never confident enough. Today, he gathered all his courage and knocked on your door. You had apparently been asleep, since your bedhead was obvious (and quite adorable to Mack). “Y/N. I wanted to talk to you about something.” You start looking a little nervous. “W-what is it?” He takes a deep breath, most of his confidence suddenly gone. “I wanted to tell you that I’ve adored you for a while. I-I was wondering if you would want to…go on a date tonight?” His bright blush is obvious and he looks nervous. You relax and smile. “That sounds wonderful!” He smiles and picks you up. He twirls you around and kisses your forehead. “I’ll make sure everything is perfect!” You giggle and hug him back.

i have returned with more jacksepticeye mack thoughts:

i think matpat's portrayal of mack is unnerving and intense, but sean's could potentially be truly unsettling and scary.

i just remembered that mack actually does do that "slit your throat" motion at some point, and omg that's literally antisepticeye's thing-

yet another song from the "everything is a lot" album that makes me think of him:

tbh i almost feel like writing some fanfiction for this guy,,,,

Thats what I always felt about Matpat’s way of playing Mack and the potential of Jacksepticeye’s Mack

Matt’s portrayal is controlling, condescending, and narcissistic, which really gives the dictator vibe from him. The way he holds himself, that wide smile he carries, looking down at the Viewer as if they’re nothing more than an ant. That aura of power and self absorbed narcissism is what makes Matt! Mack unique

While Sean’s portrayal might’ve been similar to Antisepticeye. Erratic movements, the chaotic and scary aura he would’ve radiated, yet the familiar trait to have control. Jacksepticeye’s way of speaking could be loud and brash, quiet and unnerving, or slow and mean. If he puts that mood to Mack’s character, he could be even more of a danger.

Jack!Mack might see you as something lower than him, but like Matt!Mack, they both would want to take away the Viewer’s role as Captain, become the ruler of a colony, and keep the former Captain around for amusement and as a pet. But the one thing of how Jack!Mack could be like as a dictator.

Is the fact he would want to rule with fear, unlike Matt!Mack wanting to rule with power.

Oh how I love character analysis, makes you wish you could actually meet them. Or not.
