Provider Manual Revision Comment Deadline Extension

The department has extended the deadline for public comments on revisions to the Provider Manual due to continued development of policy 80.6.1 Human Rights Committee.  The department will continue to receive public comments on the Provider Manual until policy 80.6.1 is published for public comment.  The deadline for public comments on the Provider Manual will be fourteen (14) days from the date policy 80.6.1 is published.  The department will publish policy 80.6.1 for 30 days to allow the public to review the policy and submit comments prior to the public meeting for policy 80.6.1.  You can find more information on the provider manual revision at this link on the DIDD website.

Policy Update

An updated version of policy 30.1.6 Exemption Process has been published effective 12/28/2016.  You can view and download the updated policy and associated attachment(s) at this link.  Providers should be advised that the Exemption Request Form has also been updated, and any future Exemption Requests must be submitted with this revised form.  Providers, please review this revised policy with an eye toward any existing approved policy exemption(s), which may have been granted under the superseded policy.
