L'ange de l'espoir

Welcome to the best thing I've ever drawn! °^° … I'm not even kidding…

First things first: I freaking LOVE Clair Obscur! It stresses me to hell and back, casually breaks my heart, but it's soooo beautiful! 💖💖💖

As for the art: Do you know the devil statues of the Geef brothers? While you can find rather much stuff about Le Genie du Mal, there are sadly few photos/info about L'Ange du Mal. Ú_Ù There both breathtaking!

So I used the first statue as a reference for Gustave. ^^ Obviously changed some things, since I love the pose, but I didn't want to paint him as a devil. XD His gun lays losely in his hand, not ready to fight. His expedition armband is at his feet, because he doesn't need it anymore. And above it all rises the looming Monolith as a deadly reminder…

Sooo… since Le Genie du Mal replaced L'Ange du Mal you can probably guess who I'll draw next. 😏

Pietà

It's done! What was born out of a little stupid idea two weeks ago has finally been finished today!

I'm a sucker for religious images, so why not use the pietà? ^^ Instead of Maria I let the future version of Viktor hold his dead past, a being he should have wanted to protect, but decided to sacrifice instead to save the world. I added Jayce quite late to the picture. Darker in the background, his back to the viewer, so we can't see his face, but we definitely see the hammer in his hand with which he killed his best friend. Ah, yes. Drama. 💖

She's alive! I'll be honest. Arcane ate me up and hasn't spit me out yet. I'm totally fine about it.

So have here some young Silco and Vander because why not? That's how you light your friend's cigarette. In a box for apparent reasons. Trust me.

I've saved the photo of Yan Revazov months ago, even though I didn't know yet when to use it. Now I have a reason. 💖

What a way to end the Jayvik divorce era with the ballet pose of Romeo & Juliet's marriage scene. ^^ Do you know the photo?

The action figure saga continues! This time it's Bale and their steel defender A.R.X.E.S..

A bit of lore: A.R.X.E.S. has the face of Bale's dead friend Arxes, who helped them to get to come to Ten Towns via ship. Unfortunately the ship got stuck in the ice and the crew had to walk to land during a snow storm. As soon as they climbed off the ship Arxes broke through the ice and drowned. Bale had been right next to him, yet he couldn't help him. It's something they never forgave themself for. 🙃

Bale's extras are:

backpack of holding

2 extra hands (to hold stuff)

Qee, his Homunculus Servant (in the form of a miniature Giant Lizard)

There's still one character missing from the set. This is really time-consuming, but I'll make this one no matter what. ^^
