♪ - music you like?, and! ✌ - favorite bands/ singers?

Music you like?

When it comes to music, I’m open to all genres, except country *yeck*. The thing that sets the bar for me is the lyrics and how the song sounds. It needs to have a beat that’s unique and makes me feel something. The lyrics aren’t that important but if its a rap about sex money and drugs, I’m not into it.

My whole playlist on my mp3 is a bunch of depressing music (again music that makes me feel) and a lot of them are ost. Yet there are the few that are peppy and really make me happy. Its hard for me to find a song with a positive context that I can actually get into.

Songs that accidentally get suck in my head and rewinds are songs I usually hate. I mean, I never wanted that song in my head yet its there 24/7 and I’m dying. However, if its a song that I originally liked and want to get stuck in my head then yay!

Favorite bands/ singers?

Well, most of the time, I judge a song by the song and never really care for the band or artist. There are tons of songs I really like yet I don’t even know the name or the artist :P

Though the ones that have actually got to me are: Linkin Park (#1 band), Fort Minor, Mike Shinoda in general, Eminem, Imagine Dragons, Fall Out Boy, Coldplay, OneRepublic, Gazette, Aqua Timez, P!nk, Breaking Benjamin, Owl City, R.E.M,

Again, ost is my thing so like One Piece, Bleach, Haikyuu, KnB, Tokyo Ghoul, K Project, Studio Ghibli movies, video games that Mark played and a bunch of others movie ost are in my playlist.

I’m also an oldie fan so music from 50's-90's are great. Blame my dad for playing them constantly. Classic rock is my weakness

∇ - Old age headcanon =3

Put one (or more) of the [symbols] in my inbox and I’ll make a specific headcanon.

I’m going to make a few cause I’ve actually never thought of this and now I can’t stop.

In her senior years long after Whitebeard and many of her older crewmates have passed, Akane takes the position as one of the senior commanders on the ship. The era of Whitebeard has come and gone, but Akane and the rest of the crew members uphold his legacy and continue to travel the seas with his name.

*It wasn’t until her mid to late twenties that she had awoken the dormant conqueror’s haki lying inside of her, and it was more years after that until she could actively use it. After decades of combat and haki use, her skills are phenomenal even through her old age and she teaches younger crew members how to use haki.

Being the oldest  and senior woman on the crew, many of the crewmates see her as a mother or to some even a grandmother.

She never had kids of her own. The crew is enough of a family for her.

Her hair doesn’t go white, it just turns a less saturated red.

She has a really high bounty. Don’t know high, but it’s huge. Being a pirate for decades accumulated millions and millions on her head.

*I’m still on the fence about having Akane awakening and mastering king’s haki when she’s older. I think it’s reasonable enough considering her skill in haki, and I also have this headcanon where king’s haki can only be inherited through blood. So yeah, I’ll leave this headcanon for now, but if people start calling Akane OP I might change it or something..
