A/N: Like I said, I will be posting old artworks that I drew during a period when I briefly cheated on tumblr with twitter, there is a total of 5 and a few commissions that I will also post. I will not post fandom stuff, only my OCs. This is one of those artworks, I drew it for my birthday 5 years ago (holy shit time flies)
A/N: Continuing with my old art, this is Amarinaue (better known as Rin), she's Devi's weapon. Really love this one, I can't believe I've been gatekeeping her
A/N: The last but not least piece of old art (but that's not all). I really really really really love her (and the art too) (if you knew how much time I spent on her design and actually drawing her (and yes as I've mentioned it was in photoshop) I will never ever draw curls by hand ever again I'm still traumatized)
A/N: I showed this one in one of the asks but never posted as its own art post. This (and the next one) was drawn before I found CSP and was experimenting in photoshop (god save us all) (they're the artworks I'm most proud of but were the hardest to do too; that's a part of why I'm so proud of them ig)
Eva's lore (one of the things I rewrote from scratch for the masterpost)

SCOPE FOR FANTASY MASTERPOST
WC: <1k
After Sappho started incorporating the Tianlong powers into her cursed techniques, she started to get curious about what else she could do with it. Really, the possibilities were limitless (get it? cause- *gets shot*), she just didn't know how to approach it.
One day, after she returned from college, she saw Devi sitting at the table in the kitchen and sewing as she talked to Satoru about something. Mind you, that was the first time Sappho saw he mom doing something like that, so naturally she got curious and asked about it. "Oh, this?" Devi showed her the pattern that was coming together underneath the golden threads. "I'm sewing a new timeline." Obviously, that got Sappho interested and she sat down, watching her mother work, carefully observing with Six Eyes.
The golden thread was made out of the Tianlong energy, and Devi showed Sappho how to create it. When applied to the canvas in a specific way, a picture was slowly coming about, like a beautiful piece of art, except everything depicted was going to come to life. That thread, Devi explained, weaved reality, so, Sappho thought, she could use it for more than sewing.
She decided to begin with something simple: using the scene of one of the missions (where she could go on her own now) she practiced sewing the building back to its previous state. It proved to be difficult, and she failed a lot, but it was clear she could do it.
She found out that Riam was really good at sewing on a total accident, but when she did, she didn't hesitate to ask him to mentor her, which he agreed to. It turned out to be the right call, because since then she improved at a much faster rate then she'd be if she just kept trying and failing.
With Riam's teaching and enough practice she could sew together anything. Clothes, buildings, wounds, reality itself (though that one was the one she struggled with the most). And when she got the hang of it, she decided to incorporate it into her innate domain, and create a brand new cursed technique using the golden thread.
And after that... She wondered, what else could she do, having both Tianlong powers and her Six Eyes. What could she do with the ability that broke down any cursed technique she saw and gave her innate understanding of it on an atomic level and the ability that could quite literally do anything she wanted?
And that was how Sappho figured out that she could copy any cursed technique she saw at least once.
And who knows? Maybe if she keeps practicing... She could even copy Domains... Use other Domain Expansions... Maybe even several at a time even... And then copy even non-cursed techniques...
And maybe one day become not only stronger than her father... but her mother too.
Been drawing on my tablet to get my hands busy while I watch anime so the artstyle is slightly different compared to my usual one. Plus there's much less things I can do compared to csp so coloring was much more a pain in the ass than normally. Will probably experiment with the next one more. Still like this one tho. I mean, it's Devi, you thought I wouldn't adore my baby?

Ada
Part 1 -> Part 2 (you're here)
SCOPE FOR FANTASY MASTERPOST
CW: mature themes, sex work
WC: 1k
It has great many names. Pure energy by definition, it earns a different name in each universe, sometimes even in each world. To Devi and Riam it was known as 'Ada'.
It originated from the essence of the Universe itself, taken form in the first living being, Aredes. It was because Ada became unstable that Aredes got shattered into two - Andariel, the Aspect of Light, and Anorava, the Aspect of Darkness, respectively Riam's grandfather and Devi's mother. Unfortunately, both of them sucked really bad at being good parental figures, and ended up as nothing more than the essence of their powers, which Devi and Riam were in possession of ever since as the best vessels there could ever be.
Naturally, Ada was the sorce of all the supernatural power in the universe. It was everywhere, weaved through every world, with the sole exception of the Real World, of course. Its primary function, however, is protecting the worlds (mainly from Darkness), and so its biggest concentration is in the highest layers of the atmosphere (which is what makes the stars glow in the night sky; those are all the different worlds in the universe).
But besides that, Ada could also be created when Light and Darkness come together in perfect harmony. Which was exactly what happened when Devi and Riam decided to have another child.
Well, 'another' wouldn't be a proper word. The fact is, Ada was the first child that could truly call both of them her parents. Not like everyone else didn't, but it always came with an asterisk. And, well, for Devi, when it came to having children with Riam, somehow it always came with an insane amount of pain.
It made sense with Alasis. After all, instead of being born from Riam, she bore the blood of Tianlong, and, well, giving birth to a God's child can't be expected to be easy. And everyone before her...
When they found out that Light did not in fact melt Devi on contact, the next logical step was having a child. Because maybe this time her body wouldn't be trying to eat itself like it did when she was having Eva, Paul and Pete, and even Anodarian later. Life teached her nothing, and she was a gacha addict so gambling she did. And it payed off.
The pregnancy went most smoothly, only proving Devi's theory. But she was no longer sulking about it, because she had better things to worry about. For example, how much she loved Riam or that she was about to have a little baby girl. They had a few names they were thinking over for her but ultimately decided to wait until she was born. And when that happened, all the names they had in mind were thrown outta window. There could only be one fitting name for her.
It was unprecedented, but made a lot of sense if you think about it. When Light and Darkness came together in a perfect harmony, Ada - pure energy - would be born, and that was exactly what their daughter was. The reason why it never happened with Eva and others - Light and Darkness were in balance but not in harmony, they fought instead of coexisting, and that was the main reason why it never happened before. That being said, of course they could only name their daughter after the energy she harbored - Ada.
Ada wasn't insanely strong or anything. Nor was she exceptionally talented. She grew as an ordinary child, only maybe more kind, more gentle, more pure than most. She didn't like violence, even when she was mature enough to understand how the world worked, she kept on believing that every confrontation could be resolved with kindness, not because she was naive, but because she genuinely believed it was the case. Believed she could erase the darkness within a human's heart with her own light.
That was where her worldview contradicted her parents'. Or anyone else's really. She understood that too and never tried to change anyone else's ways, even if she didn't agree with them. The best way to prove she was right was to just do it. And do it she did. However... she found the most... arguable way to go about it.
Of course, she had unconditional support from her parents. Devi never was the one to be prudent about that sorta thing (and it'd be hypocritical of her if she was) and the same could be said about Riam. Their way of raising their children had always been about giving them complete freedom, something many thought was controversial but what they never regretted. The same was true when it came to Ada, really, even when she announced she was going to be... a sex worker.
Now, Devi wasn't the biggest fan of the idea. Probably no one was quite as familiar with sex as she was, and she was very well aware how traumatic it could be. How traumatic it was for her. But that was exactly the reason she never stopped Ada, because she couldn't let her own trauma dictate what her daughter could or couldn't do. Besides, there was absolutely zero reason to believe it'd go the same way for her as it did for Devi. And well, of course it didn't.
Ada was called Rainbow Moonstone, and was very well known to be changing lives of those who spent a night with her. Her clients were rich and represented the worst aspects of humanity, and she never failed to purge that darkness within them. Yet they never came back. If asked, they referred to her as a Goddess, and claimed they didn't deem themselves worthy to be in her presence after what they've experienced with her. That made more people curious, and one needed to sign up months ahead just to see her. Well, unless it was family, of course.
And still, Ada knew there were things she couldn't handle. Sometimes she needed protection too. Sometimes the darkness was too much to handle for her. Then she folded her hands in a praying gesture, incased herself in a cocoon of pure energy, and she prayed. And not a second later would the skies turn dark and a giant golden dragon would descend with a roar: "Who the fuck dared to lay a finger on my babygirl?!"
