Prepare die casting parts
When client require these die castings to be marked with their logos,we will collect these goods and do a pre-treat ready. We must have a die castings deburring process, keep the surfaces of these die casting components are clear, with no greases, dirts and burrs. After our QC inspectors check these goods good, they are delivered to laser marking dept.
Design Marking Drawing

With software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD to create the design. Depends on the dimensions on die casting drawing, we scale the vector drawing appropriately on the castings drawing, and confirm the dimensions of laser marking label. At last,the vector file is saved and exported by vector file forma and stored on the USB flash drive disk.
Choose Right Laser Marking Enquipment
For die castings, We can select the right laser marking enquiqment to engrave custom logos and brand patterns on the surface of custom metal parts. Compare to laser marking on plastics, which is suitable for different laser machines. CO2 Laser is ideal methods for right laser marking to choose. CO2 Laser is typically suitable for both non-metal materials and metal materials. More can be used with certain coatings on die castings.
Import Vector Files And Setting Up The Laser Machine Correctly
This step, we should import vector files into the system of the laser machine. Techinican begin setting up the machine in accordance with the depth of marking label. Higher Speed, Lower Power for shallow engravings or surface marks. Lower Speed, Higher Power For deeper engravings. Adjust consistently parameters and testing the engraved result unitl resulting in satisfied effection.
Proceed the Laser Engraving Process
Once everything is set completely, run the engraving process on die casting components . Since the size and complexity of the design, the laser engraving can work for several seconds and minutes for each one. We can also make the reasonable jigs and clamps to fix each component one by one by manual, and ensuring a high effective production in large volume.
