Today was easily the nicest day that I've experienced since I came to Germany. It was 80 degrees and sunny, and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. It was almost uncomfortably hot, which is exciting because its been 45 and rainy for three weeks. After class I went to Prager Straße, which is a main shopping area in the Altstadt. There were lots of tourists out today as well. I went to H & M (pronounced haa und ehm here) and bought some shorts, because besides dresses I have no other clothing for warm weather. I then found a cute, but overpriced as hell, souvenir shop and bought a bunch of cool stuff for my family and friends. I also found one of the greatest condiments in the entire world, and I think I'm going to bring like three or four home.
Heinz, why don't you sell this in America?!
After I went shopping, I went back home for a bit, but since my roommate is always there and has turned out to be a pretty rude person in general, I decided to take my kindle and a few beers down to the River and sit in the grass. A lot of other people had the same idea, but I found a nice shady spot to sit. I finished the second book of the Divergent series, which I've found to be kind of disappointing. Either way, the view and atmosphere was amazing. I was sitting right in front of a Biergarten and they were playing an American indie music station, and lots of people were grilling and drinking and playing frisbee. Guess that's a universal white kid sport.

Overall today was a really nice day, and I'm starting to get sad that I have to leave here soon. I'm actually starting to think that I will probably move back to Germany at some point during my life. Probably after I graduate. I absolutely love it here and love the language. I've seen a lot of anti-America (or mostly Anti-Obama and anti-NSA), which makes me slightly uncomfortable but I completely agree with the anti-NSA sentiments. I also (from what I understand) believe they have more than two political parties, which makes wy more sense than the fucked up system in the US.
