Can we please talk about the unsung heroes of "The Night Manager", season 2? Meet Sally Price-Jones (played by Hayley Squires) and the Colombian private investigator Martín Alvarez (played by Diego Santos). Both are very loyal to Jonathan Pine, they work quietly, but untiringly in the background of his mission, giving him much of the necessary info that he needs. He couldn't do all of this work without them. Sally survives season 2. There is a scene in episode 6 which suggests that Martín doesn't, and I feel heart-broken about this. Because Sally and Martín are among my favourite minor characters in this show. I hope that we will at least see Sally again in season 3.
