“As opposed to what? The dungeon-esque sex house that murder built?” Gil rolled his eyes. Quite honestly, he’d had his fill of this island and the grief it had to offer. He couldn’t find Enzo anywhere around, he had to assume the little bastard was tucked away nearby, probably at a camp. Regardless of how rundown it was, it was bound to have food to eat, or mortals to pester.

🌀 (i mean they haven't met yet but I'm curious-)

While resting on a relatively remote island, Kro began staring at the air for minutes at a time. I could not see anything but trust in their instincts, something strange is going on here.

Okay, so I had a weird dream last night. It briefly included a boy I’d never seen before, he looked lonely. Kro was checking up on me the whole rest of the day, but I cannot leave just yet. That kid could need my help, and I can’t just abandon him here.

She hadn't been expecting to see anyone else on the shores of Spooky Island (who even named it that?) this late at night, much less someone who looked to be younger than her. Moolight reflected off of the water as she approached, soon taking a seat near the boy. The sight of him out here all alone...it didn't seem right. Her mask seemed to light up as she turned her head to look at him.

"I could ask the same of you. I was exploring." She replies.

"What are you doing out here by yourself?"
